Chassis Unlimited's Weld On Bead lock Kits are Laser Cut in house, and normally Stocked and ship next business day.
The rings are CNC Laser Cut on our in house Cincinnati CL-707 Laser from USA 3/16" Pickled and oiled 1018 Steel Plate, and are Shipped Raw(Unpainted).
16 Different Designs Available In Sizes from 15"-20", Custom Designs are Available. All Bead Lock Rings are 32 Bolt Design. We do offer Complete Grade 8 Hardware Kits with anti-coning rings For an Additional $74.99, and also offer a 1/4" Thick outer ring upgrade($45.00)- If your wheels are going to be taking rock abuse.
Don't not settle for plasma cut rings, our rings are laser cut with a .005" Tolerance, and do not require any Slag cleaning or hole drilling- These rings are top notch quality. Our Rings are designed to sit inside the wheel lip, No Additional Cutting or Grinding of the wheel is necessary.
