What do you mean? front to rear or Axle to frame?

If your axles aren't aligned, you either have a broken centering bolt on the leaf spring, or a bent leaf spring.

the person that i bought the wrangler put a ford 8.8 axle in the back. maybe thats messing with my leif springs?

The Axle won't mess up your leaf springs. if the issue is Alignment (SAI), Do what Bounty_Hunter advised, check the centering bolt on the leaf springs and check your leaf springs for a bent Leaf pack.
