Sorry pal you are out of luck...nothing but the quadratrac T-case will bolt up to that transmission...it is a GM TH400 but has a special long 10 spline output made especially for that case. If you want a D300 you are going to have to swap out the transmission as well and probably the rear axle as well because of the offset (to the passenger side) pumpkin. The D300 needs to have a centered pumpkin.
There is however a kit that you can get for your quadratrac to convert it to a part time case. You may have to do a search to find it though...not sure who makes em.[addsig]
