Death Wobble!!

I have a 97 jeep grand cherokee 4x4 it has a 3" lift on it. when i first got it it would do a mild shaking in the front driver side... i took it to a mechanic and he told me it was the drag link???? the dealer said it was the outer tie rod socket???? IDK what to do first or even how to tell where to start... the wobble is so bad now that i cant even go 50 yards without it shaking at least 2 to 3 times. only does it under 45 mph... any ideas????

Check all front end parts by moving steering wheel small movement check tie rod ends steering stablizer shock & check tires
