Deep mud/water video

I'd like to know how these guys do this without blowing their clutch. Last time I attempted really deep mud (almost to the windows) I sucked so much mud into my clutch that it blew it.

You just dont put the clutch in, if you release the clutch and put the transmission in neutral then you open up an area for water and mud to get between the pressure plate and clutch disc.

Just looking at the soupy kind of mud makes me cringe...give me a nice HARD rock to crawl over instead.

Crawlin's goooooood.... I bypass around mud, lol

heh, Cool, they make half off-road vehilcles, half submarines. I have got to get me one of those!;)

I wonder when the second guy got out of the rollover under water... I only saw the first guy get out, then it was gone...

Gig

That was quite the logjam on that muddy hill. I bet getting everyone cleared out of that mess was a PITA. Glad to see the Russians have their share of offroad enthusiasts.

Great clip Bounty, thanks.

I noticed just before that guy rolled it in the water, he had his wipers going!! Bet that helped alot!

Great clip, Bounty.

Extend your vent hoses.

I'm not sure, but last time I checked I didn't have a vent hose for my clutch :D

Well, how do you know the guy in the video had a manual transmission?

Plus, auto's have clutches in them too...
