I have a 93 jeep wrangler when i turn the ignition to on the fuel pump doesnt come on usually after messing with various different thing you will hear it kick on. I cant pinpoint exactly what it is. I did notice at the point the pump kicks on the check engine light kicks on and off again and then it will start. Why the delay though? Recently while inspecting thing I started having trouble with the jeep not turning off when the key was turned to the off position. One day while just looking the jeep cranked with out even touching the key. I jumped back it cranked again and then a third time started right up. the key was in the off position. I puled a fuse to kill it. I found a security system with a remote start and keyless entry. I have pulled it before it gets someone hurt. I have not removed all the wiring. where will this be connected into the ignition system and could this be where my delay starting problem could be?
