Does anyone know the best way to get to the ECU on a '95 YJ?

I've got to replace my ECU, the new one is on it's way. I popped the hood and scoped it out. It seems like the easiest way to get it out is to unbolt the washer fluid reservoir and move it out of the way but I haven't tried to pull it yet.

I was wondering if any of you had a better way?

Thanks!

Your description on the removal is the easiest way.. It will enable you to line up the new ECU on the mounting holes without anything in the way..

Awesome, thanks Mikey.

Everyone else wish me luck. I'm praying that replacing the ECU and the alternator together will solve my problem. If this doesn't work I'm gonna be in deep ****.

That's the fastest way. Now, in my case, with the snorkel (relocated the washer fluid), I dont even have to take that out to get to it.

The new ECU came today. Swapped it in, everything is gravy :D She even idles properly now. I think the old ECU has had one foot in the grave for a while now...
