drive train problem

i own a 84 cj7 and swapping the whole drive train from a 97 jeep into my jeep but i ran into a problem need help the transmission mountbracket doesnt fit with the neww 5 speed tanny i also have the transmission mount bracket from the 97 jeep but it is way to big it is alot wider then my original one that came with my jeep any input or ideas will be helpful thanks

You are going to have to fab up a new mount. The frame on a 97 is wider than a 84. Take the old mount and the new mount and piece then together.
