Since they changed the inspection laws in massachusetts, I am unsure, I just put a random technologies high flow universal cat last week and had a borla ss cat back and it sound the balls, and passed emissions. If you can there is a place in North Reading called Lou's Custom Exhaust and he does awesome work, plus he will do what ever you want! He made a complete custom exhaust for my blazer with two 60 series flowmaster's and 4"x24" chrome tips for $400. No Cat, it is a 77 blazer[addsig]

Recommend against glass packs. By design they have louvers internally that actually hinder airflow. Get a good cat back system with a turbo muffler (DynoMax, Walker, Borla, etc) and a free-flowing cat.

I changed everything from the manifold back on Bluebelle for under $250. Looks & sounds great and there's no more leaks into the tub.

I have a 2in exhaust pipe, and noticed that sometimes it may rattle against my leaf spring and gas tank skid.. has anyone else had that problem?[addsig]

Mine is also 2" and very tight fit between the frame and the shield, but it doesn't rattle. Is your pipe too loose, perhaps?[addsig]
