I have a 95 yj with a 4cly and auto trans the dana 30 and 35 are stock should i get gears or lockers or new axels ? If the 30 and 35 are weak than is it worth the gears and is it something that i can install myself .

F&R D60's with Ox lockers and 5.38 gears, assuming you are running 28" tires

Serioulsy though... What size tires do you have on there? What kind of terrain do you use it on?

Right know 33x12.50 and i am easy with the gas pedal and the mud and sand is all i see a rock once in a while . I do not have the money for new axels but why get gears if the axel is not going to hold up in the long run thats all i am asking .

Your stock gear ratio is 3.73, and the stock axles can survive with 33" tires if you know what you're doing and don't beat on the jeep, sounds like you take it easy. I'd recommend regearing to 4.88 and go from there, the 4cyl is relatively easy on parts.

Is regearing hard to do or should i get a shop to do it and anybody got any used gears for sale?
