grinding sound on the back of my grand cherokee 2002

Hi there
There is a sound of grinding plastic or rubber maybe not sure, but when I'm very slow like 20 or 30 KMPH I can hear it, loud enough.
But when I'm faster no sound at all.

Any advice? :idea:

Check to make sure nothing is rubbing on your tires. when your jeep is off get under it and try to twist the drive shaft and make sure there is only a small amount of turn each way, maybe just 1/4 inch or so. also wiggle it back and forth. if it moves more then the slightest amount it might be a u joint.
