started with jeep friday with the brakes. when we goy the drum off found grease from the rear end and determined that we need to replace the outer and maybe the inner seal on the right rear. This requires an axel hub puller.we have tried every hub puller all the part houses and tool rentals have no luck. where would you go to buy this type of tool?

Have you tried applying heat or striking the hub with a 3lb sledge while the puller is attached?

I hope you got the correct puller. If you got a three arm claw type puller, you will very likely bend you hub before it ever comes off. You need a HD hub puller with at least 3 arms that bolt to your lug nuts and has a striker on it that you hit with a hammer. I just went through this about a week ago, I got my puller from CalVan Tools $82.00 + shipping. Like you I went to every place looking for a puller, know one had it. once I got my puller it literally took it off in about 5 minutes.

tool is on the way, this is the bugger we have to pull. please ignore the picture of the front .i am learning to post pictures
