Hey all problem with my 97 GC

in my GC with the 4.0 auto has a problem. When driving whether I turn or am going straight she bogs down, picks back up, then bogs again, and is then normal. Only does it once after i let her warm up. But redoes this if I...we'll say stop at the local Wally World...after I restart her. When it happens its at about 1250 RPM and me and my buddy are literally stumped. No check engine light comes on and the ignition coil has been replaced. The tune-up was also just done on her when I bought it, a week ago. So any help would be much appreciated.

It could be a Bad Catalytic converter or a fuel filter plugging up.

Thanks man for the input but it does have a brand new cat...checked it...and the the filter and screens are new.

I would clean the throttle body and remove the IAC clean it really good along with the ports in the throttle body that the IAC uses.
