How do i get out Bumps after paint job?

I did a paint job, and i did use a strainer before i poured the paint in. it is an acrylic enamel paint. the bumps are very tiny and i was wondering how i could get them out without repainting. I was wondering if i could maybe buff it out? Any help would be great

assuming it is single stage and the bumps are orange peal, color sand then buff. if the bumps are dirt in your finish, try to use a razo to level the bump and then buff, ther eis a good chance that you might get into the primer, if so, repain will be needed.
