I'd say that the carb and transmission problems are fixed... But he's probably having problems with the lift kit, or the SYE or the winch wiring, or any of the other thousands of things we all keep adding on! Come to think of it, I dont think I have EVER seen a "finished" Jeep (as in one where the owner says "I dont need anything else, and there is nothing else I want to put on my Jeep).
