J10 Weights & Towing Capacity

I'm thinking of getting a J10 as a tow vehicle for an airstream and was wondering what the weights (total combined, gross vehicle weight, etc) and towing capacity is for this vehicle?

How much does the towing capacity drop as a function of altitude (such as in Colorado)?
