jack under hood

i have a quick question how the hell u work the jack under the hood? how do u get it off the mount?

Most I've seen, you have to lower the jack slightly to loosen the tension holding it in the mount.

if it's a yj or tj, there should be 2 wing nuts holding an arm down, that holds down the jack.
