It look like $200 to $300 for 2in coil spacer and for a 4in it look like also $2000 so it really up to u what ur looking to do
Cherokee is correct. Depending on what your wanting to do. The 2"-3" lifts are relatively easy to install in a day. The 4" Superlift requires a little more time, some cutting, and bolting on a few more additional parts. One other lift out is the JeepinAl lift. This looks interesting to me because you get some very nice custom coil overs up front. These are completely adjustable as far as spring rate, even dialing in how much lift you want. This kit however is just over $3000.
I went with a Rough Country 2". Had it installed in a day. Couple other things for you to think about is what size tires your looking to run. Also depends on kind/brand. With a 2" most guys can run a 245/75 without any other modification. If you go to the largest size you can run with a 2", which is a 265/70, your gonna end up needing to do a couple additional steps. First, if you want to keep the factory rims, your going to need at least a 1-1/4" wheel spacer. After market rims, you'll need to go with something with 4.5" backspacing. Second is the stupid pinch weld behind the plastic fender well liner. You will either need to cut part of this out, or grab a big hammer and take out your frustrations on it. Basically just bend it over flat. Then heat and remold the plastic liner. This is done to prevent tire rub when at full lock. Depending on how aggressive your tread design is, you may run into tire rub somewhere else also.
Now with the 4" I believe you can get close to 33" tires up and under. May also still need spacers or rims depending on tire choice.
I went with the nice cheap budget lift for now. I also went with some Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs, size 245/75, I needed something that would cut through slush and snow. I still had to bend the pinch weld over & remold the plastic though. I've seen other guys running this same setup without bending. Havent figured that out yet, unless it has something to do with year. Mines a 2006 also. I also installed 1.5" Spidertrax wheelspacers to get my tires out even with the fender flares. Just looks better to me. I was going to attach a link for you to check out, basically all you need to know about lifts, tires sizes, and what needs done, I need 3 more posts after this though.
Word of warning just in case. Don't try double stacking a couple 2" budget lifts. Not saying you would, or even thought about it, just letting ya know.
