goin' to the junk yard to get a rebuildable carb, no offense to the Weber contingant, but step away from your keyboard, I want any and all advice on junkyard carbs, what casting numbers on which carb, holley, motorcraft, and does ayone have any exp. with rochester? read in Jeep Performance book there 2-bbl was a good choice. Thank-you and let the wisdom flow....

rochester made a great version of the quadrajet 4 barrel fro the chevy v8s

I put a motorcraft 2100 on my 258 and I like it real well so far.
