Left over parts

I have a AMC TH400 Transmission with the Borg-Warner transfer case that came out of my 1978 CJ7 also have a 232 6 cyl engine that came out the same jeep although by the block stamping I think it is a 1976. the jeep was running when I took them all out and have been stored for about 4 yrs now. I also have a CJ7 frame that needs some work by the front cross member can send photos. I am looking for a Dana 44 rear or the AMC 20 rear that will fit the Dana 20 transfer case

Do you need the whole axle or just the diff? I have a stock model20 diff with 3.54 gear from a "78.
