Anyone knows where I can get my lift kit installed?

Usually any tire shop will do it. If its just a bolt on kit, give it a whirl yourself, you will be suprised how much you will learn about your vehicle. Make sure u have some buddies over to help though.

4x4 shop, body shop, or local garage. If you don't have any 4x4 shops around, try a body shop, they're more likely to have things like a pitman arm puller (not too many people need a new pitman arm unless they were in a wreck).

Ya, go down your street, make a left, go 4 blocks, and it's on your right. Can't miss it. It's right next to the "How the heck are we supposed to know where you're located" store :roll:
