ok thia may just be something that everyone else knows but for some reason I dont I was lookn at a more aggresive lift and found lift kits and lift systems whats the difference?

i don't think there is one.

some lifts are "bolt ons", as in you don't need to weld, drill, or significantly modify your rig to install them. normally these kits just include springs, shocks, control arms, etc...

kits that include a completely modified suspension (the whole geometry of the suspension itself...) might be called a "system" but i've never heard of a distinction.

petersons mag had a ad that has lift kits and systems and there are about 300 bucks difference
