looking for a good running 4.2 engine...my 89 yj is getting weak

looking for a good running 4.2 for my 89 yj.
the one im running now is getting weak. getting too much blowby and would like to find a good runner while i rebuild the old dog it has.

You could also go with a Jeep 4.0L and use the 4.2L accessories.
