Motor mounts and Clifford header

Has anyone had any problems installing a header on a 258??

I have been rebuilding a 258 (see other post... upgrade 258)

Last night I tried to install the motor Mounts and they would not fit. After calling Clifford and they told me to install the motor mount first then the header. Well this did not work either. Any thoughts

I don't have a YJ, but I'll take a stab at it. Should the motor mounts be mounted in the down direction, not in the up as pictured.

tried that and compared it to a know working YJ and they are in the correct postion

maybe they sent the wrong header by mistake?

I thought you went with the dual outlet header.....?

Well After getting back in touch with Clifford they did send me the wrong headder and I'm geeting a dual header to replace the one pictured
