My Idle

OK so I've got a problem and I've been trying to figure it out for some time now. so here i go ....... i start it up the idle is fine smooth so to speak, well when i start to take off and i come back to a stop my idle is high as if i was still on the gas with the clutch engaged. I've tried removing the T.P.S and Cleaning it it has no change. im trying to do this as cheap as possible seeing how i can't afford a whole lot at the current time do to lack of work bills and flat out broke so if anyone could give me some advise is to what the problem could be and how to effectively fix the problem:bomb:

try cleaning out your maf sensor and your throttle body.

Have you adjusted the TPS properly?

Air idle control next to tps, clean and light lube.

Ok now how do i adjust the tps????? i didnt knw you could even do that
