its on right side of coolant resivor.. and it leaks
i cant find it in the repair book.

also where does the blue vac line in the pic go?

I beleive that's called a water valve actuator.

ive read a few other threads about that blue vacuum line its a vent for your front axle disconnect there should be three lines and that one is supposed to be open to move the diaphragm that moves the shift fork to engage the cad

p.s. i dont think you need the bolt in there

ive read a few other threads about that blue vacuum line its a one way valve from what i understand it doesnt go to anything its incase of excess pressure ive seen it on the last few xj's i have owned

ok thanks.. guy that had it before me did a back yard overhaul! maybe he thought it was something he forgot and plugged it. ill pull the screw

Yes, pull the screw, that's a vent for the vacuum that operates the front axle disconnect.
