New lift vibration issue's

I have used aluminum shims on all my kits and never had a problem. DON"T stack them though. After seeing your pic, I don't think removing the tcase drop will help either, if anything I think it will make your angle worse on the tcase side. I would go with shims or have the rearend rotated and perches rewelded.

Drop the t-case another 1/2" like you said. I have a 3 1/2" suspension lift and 1 1/2 shackles. The longer shackles in the rear automatically rotate your rear pinion upwards. I put the 1" drop down on the skid plate but it wasn't enough, so I had to go to 1 1/2 drop and i put the 2 degree shims in as well. Then everything lined back up again. Now i have a SYE and a CV joint driveshaft so I don't have to worry about any of those angles. Besides, if you drop the t-case more, it will help your slip yoke out by making it slide in further.
