my best bud has a set of 31"ers on her 97 wrangler she doesnt have a good turning radius due to the rub, she doesnt mind it.. she just knows how sharp she can turn. i dont think anything larger will fit - she has wider rims thou i think...
i have seen somone else with 31" tires on the stock rims - they sometimes look a little weird cause of how thin they are with such hight. but that might be the option i go for on mine

ya, that's what I would go with if you have no lift. You can go wider, but you'll run into problems with them rubbing real bad on the leaf packs or the frame.

The first thing to know about buying products or building up your rig is to BUY from folks who support keeping our trails open. It's that simple. 31x10.5 work great on aftermarket 15x8 rims, BFG'sare a good price. I don't know if I would go with the 10.5 wide on stock steel rims. If you have the cast wheels 10.5 should be fine

I'm not sure everyone answered your question in respect to the way you asked it. You can fit any tire on a 15"x7" stock rim provided the width isn't too wide and the tire is designed for a 15" rim. I've seen 12.5" wide tires on a 7" wide rim. I don't think wider than that would be wise. So, 33x12.50/15 will fit, 37x12.50/15 will also fit. Perhaps you were meaning "what size tire will fit my stock rims with my stock suspension" but I wanted to cover all bases.
