Newly Obsessed Jeeper!

Hey, I'm new to the forum. I leased my Renegade in June 2016 and fell in love with off roading. I dont know much about 4×4s but want to learn everything I can before I get my Wrangler. What do you suggest I read up on to become a better Jeeper? Are there things you have learned that you wish you knew sooner? What parts or accessories are a must have when going 4×4? Are there classes I can take?

I would suggest watching some jeep videos on youtube, particularly videos on crashes, rollovers, hill climbing. To get an idea of what to watch out for from others mistakes.

Find a local and active jeep club. They will provide knowledge and friendship.

#1 Rule is never go 4wheeling alone.

Honestly it’s takes at least a year or so to becoming self knowledgeable on your jeep just with spending time doing things to it. I’ve learned the most through YouTube and this jeep forums. Gl and jeep on! #tj
