PS3...need we say more?

There was a shooting, riot, and police breakup in Southfield, so I heard... People lined up in tents outside Best Buy for DAYS!!!

See, I'm a sick, twisted individual, if I was the head of Sony, I would have released them on Black Friday and watched the madness ensue

I LOVE people-watching :D

When the PS3 price actually comes down to the regular $599 price I might think about getting one. Its not just a game system, it also has the Blu-Ray HD DVD player in it. If you were in the market for one of those that would cost you $1000 on its own. So the PS3 is a decent deal. For the people who dont enjoy the latest and greatest technology you probably wouldnt be in the market for one no matter what the price is. Your $40 samsung dvd player will work fine on your CRT 32" tv.

it doesn't play Blu-Ray in the same resolution..... my tv supports 1080I, (Aquos) and the PS3 plays 1080P, the blu-ray dvd player supports the 1080I....... now "what" the difference is......... you got me! I don't even have digital cable!!!!!!

Beanie Babies...

Here's a list from Forbes, the top selling toys by decade:
• 1900-1909 Crayola Crayons
• 1910-1919 Raggedy Ann Dolls
• 1920-1929 Madame Alexander Collectible Dolls
• 1930-1939 View-Master 3-D Viewer
• 1940-1949 Candy Land
• 1950-1959 Mr. Potato Head
• 1960-1969 G.I. Joe
• 1970-1979 Rubik's Cube
• 1980-1989 Cabbage Patch Kids
• 1990-1999 Beanie Babies
• 2000-Present Razor Scooter

I wonder if they fought over Crayolas way back when:?

The I and the P are the refresh rates on the screens. I stands for interlaced where it does every other line then comes back and fills in the gaps but so fast our eyes can never tell. P stands for progressive and refreshes the whole screen at once at the same speed interlaced does one set of every other so i i was led to believe. P is supposedly better but I've seen both and sure can't tell a difference.

I heard today that a Taco Bell in California stated for every PS3 that was brought to them, the person would get tacos for life. Sorry, but if anyone has been to Tx, Taco Cabana rules and the bell just sucks. I would keep the dang machine before I would trade for bell tacos. Heck, they ain't even got the chihuahua anymore. LOL

Taco Bell and Taco Cabana...it's apples and oranges, and they both suck. It's like comparing a burger from McDonald's to a burger from VI. One's fast food and the other's a bad sit-down restaurant.

Taco Cabana is nasty...I don't know how you Texans can eat that stuff. Yuck.

Ahhh...the old viewmaster! Can't beat that one to this day, in my book.

Crayolas in 1900 weren't much, since color hadn't been invented yet, they only had white, gray, and black.
