so i took my girlfriend out to dinner tonight....i washed the jeep all up and everything...so dinner was great, and as we hustle back to the jeep (about 20 degrees out), i go to unlock her door, and the stupid lock is jammed or frozen or something...cannot move the lock from the inside or out...so she crawls in through my side and i go to pull the door shut....and the inside handle rips right off....what a day...

anyways, does anyone have any ideas do how to fix my lock, so its not jammed...i dont want to break anything (well, anything more than usual :roll: )

water plus freezing temps = stuck doors on most any ride jeeps as well. The door operations on a jeep are pretty straight forward just go in there and lookem over. Should be an ez fix. tug

buy some lock de-icer and spray the inside of the lock. just stick the nozzle in the key hole and spray away......locks on a jeep? what a dumb idea ....or you could just take the doors off :twisted:
