Question about code P0441

I'm the proud owner of a 2004 Jeep Liberty with just a little over 40,000 miles. About 2 weeks ago my engine light came on. I found out that it was throwing a P0441 code. Now all of a sudden it's not coming on anymore. Is this a common thing for it to throw that code for a while and then all of a sudden stop?

P0441 is a purge flow monitor DTC. Sometimes the NVLD(Natural vacuum leak detection) switch will get stuck during a vacuum self test and if it fails, the SES lamp will illuminate. If it passes the test 3 times on 3 consecutive key cycles, the lamp will extinguish. I wouldn't worry about it much unless it turns on and STAYS on for around 20 key cycles. Only then that i would suspect a component failing.
