Hey Bounty, theres like an 80% percent chance of Tstorms saturday. Just wondering if you guys still wheel if its storming? May be a stupid question, but i didnt know.

Tire sizes

We'll be there. My plans have changed yet again, I'll now be in an '04 white Chevy 2500HD pulling my red YJ on a trailer. Should be 4 or 5 jeeps in our group, all with IL tags, you can't miss us. We'll be there by 9am at the latest.

Ok i just didnt want to show up and find out we cant wheel cuz the weather. I think its about 40 minutes or so from here, so im going to leave around 8. See ya then!

Hey, sorry for waiting till the last minute like this, but i dont think i can make it. I just bought my books for school today and it was a LOT more than i expected, so Im kinda broke and just cant afford it. Im really dissapointed :( I was real excited about this run, but i just cant do it right now. I really doubt that your going to see this before the run Bounty, so I may try to call you tomorrow morning. Sorry, maybe i can make it next time.

Nathan :(

Man what a great place to wheel, and there were only 7 vehicles and 1 ATV there on Saturday and the gate attendant thought he was busy. I bet if area jeepers don't start taking advantage of this, IN DNR could quickly pull it's funding and shut it down. IL DNR won't build and run a park, so take full advantage of what you have and don't let it get shut down.

My jeep's the red YJ with the water in the floorboard

Looks like a great time. Although from looking at your pics, maybe its a good thing I didnt go. Yall wouldve probably spent most of your time pulling me out. I do wish I couldve gone though, but Im just so broke right now it wouldve been too much on the wallet. Maybe next time.

That's understandable.

We did have fun, and everybody in the group was locked front and rear except for the yellow TJ, who was open in the front. I had to strap him once, up that powerline hill where I ate the log barrier. I winched him once, on the hill where the red TJ is doing a wheelie. Other than that everything went pretty smooth until the sky opened up in the afternoon, right after I got strapped out of the hole that filled my floorboards.

It's a fun park, can't wait to go back.
