Rough running or vibration?

I have a 92 4 cyl Wrangler. I have had a check engine light right after 80,000 miles, about 3,000 miles ago. Last week I notice a roughness at speeds below 2000 rpm. I have good power and it smoothes out above 2000 rpm. Notice a smell when I get out of the car.
I have changed plugs, plug wires, O2 sensor (just 1 I can find) and added injector cleaner to a full tank of gas.

Help?

Have a place like auto zone scan the codes for free. Start there, with the codes,

I cant think of smell and vibration combination.

Vibration that changes with speed usally means tires ,wheels and such. But check drive shafts for play also.

About the vibration I assume you mean while driving? You didnt specify, so if at park. start with accesories, then vavle train
