Sagging rear end solutions?

start putting penetrating oil on it yesterday, and anti-seize on assembly. bolts in a juicy environment don't get difficult like that.

torch heat red works on frozen rust.
 
Old post, but here's my take. Leave the main leaf in place. Get new or good used Ubolts. Get another used main leaf and cut just the eyes off, then pop the spring pack center pin and put the added leaf in #2 position. After a couple weeks, it will break in and ride almost like a new Jeep and the sag will be gone.
