Seats?

Anyone ever taken seats out of another vehicle and adapted them to work in their Jeep. I have a honda prelude with really nice buckets in it that I am considering doing this with. It will take a little fabrication I'm sure but was curious to see if anyone has any been there done that advice before I try it.

depends what kind of jeep you have but yes. i had stock seats, then fox body stang seats, and now I racetrim suspension seats. all bolted directly onto the stock YJ sliders.

My friends has heated leather seats from a Merker scorpio or how ever you spell it, liitle fabbing, but made them work.

I put AMC Eagle seats in my '83 Cherokee (in hindsight, ones from a flat bottom AMC car would've been easier)

I have in the past with not only Jeep vehicles but also various cars/trucks too. I am planning on building fuel tank straps/seat frames for my B project as soon as I figure out what tank I'll use. I have a fuel tank but if it's too much to repair, I'll switch to a polyurethane tank with an aux. tank but either are under seat.
