Ok never mind the whole post because I am stupider than I thought. I just had to open the door from the outside...nothing like having my first post being something that embarrasses me in front of the jeep community.
i take it neither inside or outside door handles work? in that case i truly don't know how to fix it. unless you can somehow get to the latch, you might have to take it to a shop unless someone else has an idea how to get it open
never mind, there you go. Don't worry about looking stupid, it happens to everyone. Welcome to Jeepz, we are all pretty easy going around here. Post up some pics of the ride.
