What kind of automatic transmission will bolt up to the 4.2 I6 in my 87 wrangler. I'm about to make a move to the city and and automatic would be much easier on all the redlights.
The automatic from a wagoneer will bolt to your engine and the transfer cases in the 80 and up wagoneers have a drivers side drop like your YJ. I think the V8s came with a 727 and the six cylinders came with a 999, I might be wrong though.
