1. Everytime I hit the brakes (or mostly everytime) my left turn signal will turn on. Now it won't blink, itll just stay stuck. Same case for when it is on; itll start blinking but when I hit the brake it gets stuck. Any ideas?

2. I think I have a crack in my exhaust manifoldd. Should i get a replacement OEM manifold, or go for some headers? If so, which type of headers?

-Thanks in advance,
Chris

1.You have a bulb blown out.Which ever one lights up is the light that has an issue.

If it ain't blown, it's got a bad connection on the socket or a loose ground. The exaust manifold is a personal preferrence. If you replace it with a stock manifold, make sure it's got the flex tube on the # 1 and 6 pipe.

if your gonna put the effort in changing a manifold, get a header. and don't cheap out, do research, some headers are just as prone to cracking as stock manifolds. The first gen Borla headers were absolute junk, they redesigned then in 2005 so if you find one cheap thats been sitting on the shelf, see if you can verify a production date.

bad ground on the rear lights some times the ground is connected to the body near the rear lights

Borla's have lifetime warranty, IIRC, so if you DO find the cheap ones, ask if they have warranty. If they do, your covered even if they do crack...

Thanks for the reply guys.
Im still lost on the bulb thing, no its not blown.

Hm..Then again I want headers that will give a nice growl to my jeep. Not something so loud you can here it coming down the street a mile away.

Thanks again,
Chris

Borla has a limited life time warranty, and they do not cover all cracks if they determine that "offroading" is the cause of the damage, plus the time I put into pulling a header on a straight 6 waiting for a new one to ship and replacing it is more valuable than saving a couple buck on inferior product.

1 - Sounds like a bad ground to me.
2 - I have Borla headers on my Jeep. They are great.

I also have the factory headers that I took off and they are in working order. Mine is a 2004 TJ I-6 so the headers have O2 sensor holes on them. If you want them, you can have them for the cost of freight.
