Thanx for the vacuum diagram, I´m gonna compare it to a 90 YJ; T motor I´ve been playing with. Everything seems to be either stuck or out of adjustment. Anybody have an idea of the initial idle screw adjustments. The idle is so bad, the normal RPM drop method doesn´t work well. It seems to be getting better a little bit at a time. I owned a cj-7 1983 with engine 6-258 carburator carter bdd.
The only vacuum connections are for distributor coming from carburator, for power brake, and for 4wd. all rest connections shown your diagram are not connected or missing. my mileage is very poor 10 miles per gallon.
Would be this the reason for poor mileage? if so can you be so kind to provide same diagrams for 6-258 ?.. and the 4wd?
