Just got over the third hail storm of the year (so far) in West Texas. They say everything's bigger in Texas and they ain't lyin' about the hail. Just got money from the insurance company for my roof. Luckily, I haven't had one single dent on the Jeep. Actually, it's kinda fun motorin' around town pulling all these Explorers and trucks outta the high water. Kinda curious, but how heavy a load do you think I can get away with without killing my transmission? It's a '97 TJ-4.0L? I don't think I
'll be pulling any big rigs, but sometimes it's cool to know your limits!

So are you in San Angelo or do you just wheel at twin buttes? I spent a lot of time there when I was younger. You tried getting out into the Red Arroyo. I don't think anyone who hasn't seen how deep parts of that thing are would believe it. Soon as I get my lift installed and tires on it, I'm gonna head down there. How are the water levels? Last time I was down there (last Oct-Nov) you could cross most of the washes without even switching to 4wd.[addsig]
