where can i get

push rods...and rockers...87 258...

i been lookin for rollers but can;t seem to find any...they won;t do much good anyhow considering the engine is mostly stock...but they;d be cool...

i was putting the rockers in today and found some of the bridges were bent...and one of the bolts had been broken...i looked at 4wwd hardware and they want 17 bucks for set...i'm not sure if that is 2 or a set of 12...and do they come with bolts...

the push rods...i dunno i just gotta bad feelin about them...after what the lifter looked like i'm sure they aren;t that great...guess all i need is the correct length for the cam and order them from jegs or summit...now i need a pushrod checker...geez this gets better...

i believe a set of rollers for a amc v8 may fit the 258. youd just have 4 left over. to find out u could compare at the parts store with the factory rockers and i think youll find there darn close from what i remember. as for the factory replacements, $17 sounds right for each cylinder, 2 rockers and a bridge, and id probably just replace the push rods while ur there. best of luck.

i just ordered stock replacementd from 4wd hardware...every where else i looked was about 25 bucks a pair...i ordered a complete ship set...and a push rod length checker...might as well do it right...i put in a larger cam...not much but enough to need to check the lenght...least i don;t think it;s much...what;s the stock cam specs?

here's my cam...
