Hi I'm ordering a lift and don't have the time to install it myself, dose anyone know of a shop in the chicagoland area that will install customers parts? Most shops want u to buy the parts through them. Thanks.

What vehicle, whose lift are you getting, and from where?
The problem with installing most customer supplied parts is the customer expects the installer to warranty the parts when the installer has no control or say in what gets ordered. For instance say you get some closeout RE stuff. Well there will be NO warranting them since they are out of business. As well as any "kit" of theirs may very well be made up of odds and ends that are left over.
