wont start\wont drive

first my jeep a 95 yj wont fire i dont think its getting spark it rolls slow doesnt even sound like it wants to second i was going from reverse to first and no bangs or booms it just wont move i replaced the transmission back but still wont move could it be clutch how do i tell? when it in gear i still can push it

Check the ASD circuit (auto shutdown), check all the large and small fuses in the PDC (Power Dist. Center) under the hood.

As for the clutch not working, what work have to done to the transmission and clutch in the past? Is this something that has become progressively worse?

didnt touch clutch just finger and bearing it was gone like this before the transmission was replaced and i have not thing in my auto shutdown in my fuse box what is that for?

ok got it to start but still wont move i took out the clutch looks ok but very shinny sanded it down a little and it move like 2 inches then nothing acts like it want to move but dont
