YJ conversion to SJ drivetrain

Has anyone converted their YJ to use the drivetrain from a fullsize Wagoneer? I have access to several 360/401 with TH400 trans, Dana 44 front/rear setups, and Quadratrac transfer cases. Will this fit in an 89 YJ? Will the angles be too steep with the TH 400 and a 4 inch lift? My YJ has the 4.2 with the AIN15 5 speed. My understanding is that the AIN15 is around 21 or 22 inches long while the TH400 is 24.5 inches long. Any helpful feedback would be appreciated.[addsig]

if you go with the TF727 that came with the part time cased SJ you would be in like flynn. The 727 is the same length as the TF999 which was the standard auto for yj's. your main problem will be trying to make the motor fit. In a CJ, the V-8 is a bolt in deal.YJ's dont have the same motor mounts...so some hacking and welding will definatley be involved. I think your easiest solution is to go with the small block chevy, and either a t350 ot a 700R4.[addsig]
