Ok i have a 1995 jeep yj set up with 3" suspension and one inch body on 33". Somewhere down the road I would like to lift it a little more and get 35". My question is what size lift should i get and what lift should i get that will give me the most flex off road and the smoothest ride on?

Consider installing TJ fender flares to help clear larger tires.

I run 3" of lift on a YJ and have 36" tall tire, Bushwacker flares blow, just the site of a tree and they will expload.. TJ flares would be a way better set up.you will actually have to cut a bit more of the metal to get the TJ flares to fit properly. plus they are super durable. I have actually torn the fender flares off my YJ on trees rocks etc.. and they always go back to shape.

Man thats crazzy and you don't rub at all? I have 3" suspention and 1" body and my 33" are very close to rubbing

I used to hit the front fenders at full stuff, now they are just self clearenced, and lock to lock the tire hits the spring sometimes, but other than that no. You need to limit the up travel, having super amounts of flex is over rated, makes for a very unstable ride, especially in side slope situations. stay low and stable is best in my book.

I'm SOA with 35s and have plenty of room. Rubicon express makes a SOA kit for around $300 w/o shocks or if you are good with a torch and welder you can get spring perches and shock tabs from fab places and do it yourself for alot cheaper. I would go back to original springs though, if you don't that thing will be crazy high.
