    This girl needs help.

Well I still say the answer is NO you do not have everything like TM said no adjustable track bars at the very least. After google-ing the part number I have found several different photos of that kit and they are not the same. Some had shocks, some didn't, some didn't even show springs. So I...

Well as a rule of thumb JC Whitney and high quality are mutually exclusive terms. Do you have a Superlift part number so we can look up the specific lift on Superlift's site? Unfortunately it sounds from the description like no this is not a complete lift kit. Here is what I think it is missing...

    Hot!!!

I hate humidity, and any temp above 80 is way too hot. It sucks the energy out of me and I can't accomplish anything. I love the cold, I'll move farther north when I retire, like Canada or Alaska.

    Motor swap

X2 on Johnny's engine oil comment. Quaker State did NOT do that, the owner not changing the oil often enough did that. And that does not happen from just one missed oil change either, someone has a bad habit of not changing their oil which I'd bet big money led to the piston issue too.

    front driveshaft

Usually when giving length to have a shaft made you give the length from C/L to C/L while at rest on level ground. I have never had to subtract or add anything to allow for suspension travel because they already know to do that. I think your shaft will end up 1" too short now.

Back to the OP's question. Take a drift or flat tipped punch that will fit inside the torx and hit it sharply several times before trying to loosen them. It shocks the head and threads usually loosening them enough so you don't strip the torx out. Same trick works on allen head bolts.
