    Need help

If the ignition tumbler comes out with the key in, there's other problems in the tumbler and housing as well. The tumbler should only come out when the key is in the run position and the release latch is depressed on the housing. It shouldn't come out by simply turning the key to the run...

    Replaced gas cap, Now spuddering

Not sure if the fuel cap is vented or non vented on your jeep but it will make a difference. As for the question of whether to replace the fuel filter or not, I'd say do it to eliminate it from one of the many possible causes for sputtering. When you pull the old filter off, tap it on a clean...

What did you do to your Jeep today?

Light bar failed to turn on last night on my drive home. Fixed it the next morning. Something about a relay board that's full of water seems to be causing this issue. :0 Sent from my iPad using Jeepz

2008 Liberty = Just had water pump and thermostat replaced. Now no heat

The only thing a computer can do in this situation is monitor the temperature what the ECT sensor is reporting to the PCM. I'm leaning towards a flow issue that's causing air to remain trapped or keep getting trapped in the heater core. Either way I look at this , bleeding the system and...

    Blower Motor-Replace ?

The weakest link is what usually heats up and burns. In this case, the connector to the blower resistor and blower motor is what's causing this failure. The repair harness and connector from Mopar fixes the issue granted that you also make sure the spade pins on the blower motor and resistor...

2008 Liberty = Just had water pump and thermostat replaced. Now no heat

The proper way to bleed the cooling system on your Jeep is to loosen the Allen screw on top of the intake, right where the upper radiator hose attaches to the inlet.. Use a radiator funnel that attaches like a radiator cap. Fill half way and see if it pushes some air out of the bleeder, close...

    Wrangler starts but shuts off

Replace the battery first. A completely depleted battery will keep the engine from running. Not to mention that it's going to put a lot of strain on the charging system that eventually will fail as well if it hadn't already. Sent from my iPad using Jeepz

    Problems...need help please

The shaking could be caused by a multitude of different reasons. Loose or worn bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends or a track bar . Tire wear can give you a clue if the front end also needs to be aligned. Another component to check is the drive lines. Front or rear depending on where the...

Have the compression checked, cylinder leak tested and make sure the number 6 injector is not faulty or dirty, better yet, swap the number 6 injector with any of the other ones that are not misfiring and see if it moves. Sent from my iPad using Jeepz

    CJ7 Bogs down

You need to gather more symptoms. The question in mind would be , is it fuel or ignition related. For fuel issues, the related components would be fuel pump, fuel filter , lines and carburetor . Ignition would involve the ignition 12v to the switch, coil, distributor and ignition module. Sent...
