i was walkin out to the jeep today and i saw this hose with a nozzle type end hanging from under the radiator today...i have no idea to where it connects to so i thought i'd try and trace its source....but it runs right up next to the radiator and has a white cap on it....anyone know where the...

sorry...i have an 87 YJ....where would these connections be located that are under the battery tray?

so today i decided to go thru and replace my heater core....no biggie, had my dad help me and everything worked out fine....then i go to start the car and its runnin....but there is no heat at all...only a very little when i'm driving...other than that theres nothin, no blowing....has anyone...

is the vaccum the same reason that my 4WD light doesnt turn on...and yes i checked the bulb

no, it draws heat from the manifold to the choke to warm it up...i had the theory that since the hot air had nowhere to go (lack of hot air tube) that it kinda just sat in the engine compartment, causing it to heat up more, causing more coolant to be used, and somehow the extra stuff wound up in...

Upon further inspection i found that my Heated air tube is missing....i have a feeling that was the problem and i ordered a new one from the Jeep Dealership today....do u think thats the cause?

So i go to take my jeep for a spin through the park yesterday, and i notice that the carpet on the passenger side looks damp....i figured it was just a spill or somethin and i took out the carpet and let it dry and went on my way...i go to get in my jeep today and notice the passenger side of...

a vaccum hose is missing from my sole-vac on the carb of my 87 I6 YJ...could this be causing me to stall out on decelleration? i dont know what the hose is supposed to hook up to and i cant find any disconnested hoses...

i took off the dash plate and i can see all the places where the lights are...and i can see a check engine light and a upshift light...and i know my jeep is a manual...lol...where can i buy sockets if i want them back?

I have a few problems with my 87 YJ...first of all...the steering wheel is really loose...and i cant get in to tighten it, if thats even possible...any suggestions?? Also, i took off my dash plate to find that i have 2 bulbs and sockets missing for my check engine light and the arrow...and also...
