    Odd Intermittent Starting Issue

Checked the wiring and it all looks good. Nothing out of place or frayed or anything like that. Looks like I'll take the battery somewhere to have it tested. Thanks for the quick reply!

    Odd Intermittent Starting Issue

Hey Everyone. I have a 2004 Wrangler Unlimited with 69,000 miles. Recently a problem has come up and has become more frequent over the past week. Sometimes, the Jeep will not start. I will try to start it and I hear it click when I turn the key but then it will not turn over and the chime...

    2004 Unlimited Cruise Control

Thanks for the information Mikey. Am I correct in thinking that, in your opinion, the problem I described is due to a learned "undershoot/overshoot" condition in the cruise control module? That's the best suggestion (actually, the only suggestion) I have received as a possible solution to...

    2004 Unlimited Cruise Control

I've done that before too, but I figured it used more gas than just pushing the "O/D Off" button. And if there is one thing I don't need to use more of, it is gas!

    2004 Unlimited Cruise Control

I haven't posted here in a while but I just got an automated email from the forum today. It was lamenting over how much it missed me. So I figured I would drop by with a question. I have an issue that has been bugging me ever since I bought a 2004 Wrangler Unlimited back in March of last...

    Thinking of heading to Tellico

I live like a hour away from Tellico. There are a couple of campgrounds closeby. The nearest town is Murphy, NC. There's not a whole lot there. A few basic hotels. Here is a map of Tellico I found:

    Forest Service Vs. Offroad Vehicles

I don't understand the big deal. Not that I don't care about the environment, I do. But this land has been here LOOONG before any of us were and it will be here LOOONG after we are all gone. There's not much you can do to hurt it by driving your 4x4 on a designated trail. It's absurd and...

Hummer is coming after the Jeep

Well if you think about it, the Hummer actually did replace the Jeep -- on the battlefield 20 years ago. And I recently saw a Jeep Commander in a Missy Elliot video. So it appears that no vehicle is immune to such treatment.

Hummer is coming after the Jeep

Sweet! Competition is the mother of innovation. It wouldn't hurt the Wrangler to have a little competition, would it? Might even be good for it.
